For the couple who would like to be involved and create their own wedding, yet still receive ideas, consulting and vendor recommendations along the way.

• Initial client consultation to explain the coordination process and review wedding details

• Venue walk through

• Management of Vendors, Wedding Party, Ushers, Musicians, and other wedding participants

• Vendor recommendations or sourcing that fit your budget

• Any decor concepts, design, and research necessary to achieve desired styling will be provided

• Provide support with any wedding website of your choice

• Management of the event schedule

• Oversight of rehearsal, ceremony and/or reception decor as logistically possible

• Distribution of flowers to the wedding party

• Coordination of entertainment events at reception

• Access to bridal “emergency kit” for last minute fixes on wedding day

• Distribute final payments to vendors

• Pack away gifts and personal items at the end of the reception

• Provide open communication on an ongoing basis via phone or email

• Contact and finalize wedding vendors as requested by the client

• Creation of day-of itinerary and diagrams

• Distribution of final itinerary to vendors and bridal party

• 12 hours of reception set-up and tear down according to diagrams

• Placement of all personal items, favors, escort cards, welcome table, memory table, and gift table

• Management of all event logistics the month prior to your wedding

• Coordination of clean-up

• One head coordinator and one assistant for 8 hours
