• Contact wedding vendors as requested by the client

• Contact with vendors during the week prior to your wedding

• Creation of day-of itinerary and diagrams

• Distribution of final itinerary to vendors and bridal party

• 10 hours of reception set-up according to diagrams

• Placement of all personal items, favors, escort cards, and ancillary tables

• Customer service provided to all guests, however; careful attention to the members of the processional
