Our Week-of Package Includes:

• Contact wedding vendors as requested by the client

• Contact with vendors during the week prior to your wedding

• Creation of day-of itinerary and diagrams

• Distribution of final itinerary to vendors and bridal party

• 10 hours of reception set-up according to diagrams

• Placement of all personal items, favors, escort cards, and ancillary tables

• Customer service provided to all guests, however; careful attention to the members of the processional

• One head coordinator and one assistant for up to 10 hours

• Services Begin 6 weeks out

• Timeline Organization provided after booking

• Additional event rentals are available for a separate fee, subject to availability, and are not included in this package.
